Cavite-based artist and raised by a Buddhist family, Tintin Elbo, started her journey in art through pastels and pencils, turned to photography in her early school days and came full circle to painting in recent years. A Drafting graduate from Eulogio ‘Amang’ Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology – Cavite Campus, her expertise ranges from traditional fine arts to technical renderings. An art teacher and exhibiting artist, most of her works are currently done in ink, watercolor and gouache, with a heavy influence of book illustrations and animation. Her work for this show reconstructs gamecards in a fashion that urges us to think about the relationship of anonymity, power and luck.
