This banner-type triptych borrows its form from movie banners in the intention to demystify Philippine politics as entertainment. The characters are political leaders depicted as monstrous creatures beguiling the unsuspecting masses. In allegorical depictions of leaders as monsters, Roca locates freedom in the exposures of injustice disguised as entertainment, violence romanticized as struggle and corruption as feigned compassion.
